For consulting and sprint-zero, yes — they're fixed. For longer builds, weekly billing protects both sides. Estimates are honest ranges, not stretch goals.

You do. Always. Full IP transfer is in the standard MSA. We retain a non-exclusive license to use anonymized learnings in future work.

Yes — ours, or yours if it's not insane. We can usually turn it around inside 24 hours.

Sometimes, for the right founder. We cap it at 30% of fees and we want skin in the game, not a discount. We'll talk about it on the discovery call.

Ho Chi Minh City. We work async-friendly hours that overlap 4 hours with US-West and most of EU-CET. We travel for kickoff if it matters.
