How we got here.
In 2022, our co-founders — Phương, Đạt and Linh — were three of the senior engineers on a single Vietnamese fintech's ML team. The roadmap had eight production AI projects on it. They shipped two. The other six died on slide decks made by external consultants charging $4M each.
We started ADIA to be the team we'd hire if we were running that fintech now. Senior, opinionated, embedded for short stretches, and accountable to production metrics — not to slide deliverables. We bill weekly so you can fire us weekly. So far nobody has.
The studio has 7 engineers, one designer, and one operator. We don't plan to grow past 12. The reason is selfish: at 13, the founder has to stop coding to manage.
Eight people. No layers.
When you hire ADIA, you get the people whose names are on this page. No subcontracting. No bait-and-switch.
Ex-Tiki ML, ex-Grab. 11 years in production ML. Coffee snob.
Ex-MoMo platform, ex-VNG. Runs the infra and the on-call rotation.
PhD vision, Stanford. Built the photo trust model for Baselify.
Ex-Anthropic intern, ex-VinAI. Lives inside eval harnesses.
Ex-Stripe, ex-Shopee. The reason our APIs don't fall over.
Ex-DeepMind contractor, ex-FPT AI Lab. Speech & ASR specialist.
Ex-Tinder design, ex-Sky Mavis. Lives in Figma and on the surf.
Keeps everyone fed, billed, and out of the founder's calendar.
Four positions we won't trade.
We don't oversell.
If we don't think we can ship it, we'll tell you on the discovery call. We've turned away more work than we've taken.
We bill weekly.
It forces honesty on both sides. If a week didn't move the needle, you shouldn't pay for it.
We stay small.
We cap at twelve. Past that, the founder stops coding and the work loses its edge.
We over-document.
Every system has a runbook, an eval suite, and a video walkthrough. Your team can take it over any time.

A short studio biography. We're not trying to be a Fortune 500 firm. We're trying to be the best small AI studio in Southeast Asia.
